PATZI GIL is the host of Joy on Paper, a radio program for writers and those who dream of writing - and for everyone who wants to know the story behind the book.

Each week PatZi interviews some of the most prestigious authors in the world. Just a few of her guests are Lee Child, David Baldacci, Mary Higgins Clark, Kristin Hannah, Brad Meltzer and many more.

She likes to joke that her biggest claim to fame is that she has read over 10,000 books—and often knows an author's books better than they do.

PatZi is a great believer that everyone should write at least one book and, with that in mind, she enjoys interviewing the top literary agents and VIP is the publishing world.

When not hosting the radio program, PatZi is busy developing two television projects: History? It’s Food and Forgotten F-105 Warriors.  Three of her screenplays have been optioned and appeared in the Hollywood Reporter. She has also written scripts for a number of books.

PatZi is a proud Yooper – which means she was born in Michigan’s Northern Peninsula.

Her website is www.radio-joyonpaper.com. Check out the archives of previous interviews with over a hundred New York Times bestselling authors.
